Salary: Base Salary range $36,668 - $71,777 pa plus superannuation & annual leave loading.
Your role
Administration Support provides multiple administrative support activities and services while working to tight timeframes and maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. The primary purpose is to provide high-level support by assisting in managing a range of administrative and client service functions, including records management, routine correspondence, meeting and event coordination, and supporting the effective operation of the team/unit.
What You'll Do
Assist in the effective operations of the team by providing administrative services such as filing, attending to mail, maintaining registers, photocopying, completing documents, routine purchasing and supporting events.
Collect and compile information to develop documents and reports.
Respond to enquiries and, when necessary, escalate matters to ensure accurate information is provided.
Ensure records and databases are updated, accurate, and stored correctly in accordance with records management processes.
Data entry into various specialised software applications to support the team and core business functions.
What We're Looking For
Ability to process business information and contribute to the maintenance of administrative systems, ensuring information flow meets standards and guidelines.
Proficiency with relevant technology to prepare documentation and presentation material for business unit managers and directors.
Demonstrated understanding of standards and guidelines by creating, storing, retrieving, and tracking files for accurate, safe storage.
Effective communication with other business areas to arrange meetings and manage the flow of business information.
