**THE ROLE**
We are searching for the best of the best wait staff looking to take the next step in their careers and comfortably guide our guests through the Yugen experience.
The position will require flexibility and availability for weekend work as well as a combination of day and night shifts.
**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE**
- Valid Victorian RSA
- Proven experience in a similar role managing own section
- Excellent presentation
- Pressure management mind set
- Ability to multitask
- Outstanding leadership skills and attention to detail.
