This position delivers hands-on emergency medicine while providing **strong on-the-floor leadership** to junior medical staff, including **Interns, HMOs, and International Medical Graduates (IMGs)**.
Working closely with the **Director of Emergency Services** and other senior clinicians, you will play a key role in shaping safe, efficient, and high-quality emergency care.

* Provide and oversee high-quality medical care in the Emergency Department
* Support efficient ED operations in partnership with the Nursing Unit Manager and Director of Critical Care & Emergency Services
* Contribute to achieving performance targets including waiting times and length of stay
* Provide leadership in planning, coordination, and evaluation of ED services
* Support ethical and best-practice emergency medicine
* Supervise, mentor, and support junior medical staff
* MBBS or equivalent qualification enabling registration with the Medical Board of Australia
* **General Registration with AHPRA**, or eligibility for provisional or limited registration
* Demonstrated experience in Emergency Medicine
* Proven ability to supervise, support, and educate junior doctors and medical students
