We are seeking an experienced and skilled Heavy Diesel Mechanic to join our team. The primary role of the Heavy Diesel Mechanic is to undertake fault diagnosis, repair and maintenance of heavy vehicles and equipment.
The successful candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and be able to work autonomously and within a team environment. They will also possess excellent communication skills and be able to communicate effectively with a variety of people.
The job requires the ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening. A suitable candidate will have prior experience in ports, heavy transport or mining environments.

* Suitable trade qualification or certification
* Air-conditioning ticket (highly regarded, but not mandatory)
* Demonstrated working experience with heavy vehicles & heavy machinery
* National Police Clearance (within 6 months validity) - or ability to obtain one
