For this role, you will be making a real impact by helping people with disabilities through accommodation and community engagement. The roster includes overnight sleep shifts, 7 shifts including 2 weekend shifts. Please review the roster to ensure you can commit to every shift before applying. 
Key Duties Include 
Delivering a wide range of domestic supports within customer residence 
Supporting person-centred plans that identify a customer's life goals 
Ensuring positive behaviour support plans are followed 
Administration duties, expense and mandatory reports 
What you'll need 
Experience in supporting customers with behavioural support plans 
Experience working with behaviour plans 
Previous experience with manual handling and medication administration 
Willingness to assist with personal care and domestic duties experience 
Ability to manage complex or difficult situations as they arise with patience and maturity 
Cert III in Disability, Individual Support or higher is essential 
Willingness to use your fully insured and registered, private vehicle (aligned with Activ's motor vehicle allowance rebate)
