Job Description We’re looking for a Graduate User Support Engineer to join our Melbourne studio and support our people with the systems and tools they rely on every day. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their IT career who enjoys problem-solving, helping others, and learning on the job. You’ll be part of a supportive team, working closely with users across the studio and gaining hands-on experience in a professional, design-led environment. What you’ll be involved in You’ll help support and troubleshoot a range of end-user systems and devices, including: Microsoft Windows 11 Microsoft Server 2019 Dell and HP servers, workstations, laptops and peripherals Active Directory / Entra ID Office 365 and Microsoft Teams End-user device management and imaging (Microsoft SCCM) Troubleshooting design applications such as Autodesk, Adobe and others You’ll work directly with users, helping resolve issues, setting up equipment, and keeping things running smoothly across the studio.
