Opportunity
We have an opportunity for a compassionate individual to provide early childhood education services including the design, documentation, and implementation of programs for children and families.
As an Early Childhood Educator, you will create learning assessments and identify key outcomes to enhance educational and care activities. You will foster strong relationships with each child and their family through open communication, discussing programs, learning progress, health, wellbeing, safety, and nutrition.
About You
Diploma in Children's Services
Minimum of two (2) years working in an early childhood setting
Theoretical understanding of how children grow and learn with demonstrated skills in implementing an approved curriculum
Knowledge of the National early childhood regulations, standards, approved curriculum and policies
Demonstrated skills in building respectful relationships with children, families, staff and external stakeholders
High level of written and verbal communication skills
Benefits / Requirements
Permanent full-time position, 38 hours per week
Total remuneration package from $71,872.01 per annum (base salary $1,239.60 per week) plus superannuation (11.5%)
