Schedule: 4 days on - 2 days/2 nights / 4 days off | 12-hour shifts (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

What You'll Do – Shift Technician Role
Reporting to the CBRE Resource Manager, you’ll be responsible for:
Performing planned preventative maintenance (HV & LV systems, HVAC plant/equipment)
Monitoring BMS systems for performance and alarms
Addressing in office Electrical issues
Conducting building inspections and reading utility meters (UPS, PDU’s, etc.)
Fault-finding and executing repairs
Preparing timely and accurate reports
Ensuring work complies with industry regulations
Building strong relationships with team members and site stakeholders
What You’ll Need
Valid Electrical License Victoria/Grade A none restricted electrical license
Minimum Certificate III Electrotechnology Electrical
Valid OH&S; cards - optional
Additional technical training or certifications (advantageous)
Valid Driver’s License
Familiarity with CMMS and BMS systems - Nice to have
Australian Citizenship – required for NV1 Clearance
White Card – optional but preferred
