**Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Agent (CSA), you will be responsible for safely delivering customer orders to their homes during the day or night. You will also assist with order picking and packing to the highest standard, ensuring timely delivery.
**Requirements:**
- Commitment to providing excellent customer experiences by being enthusiastic and energetic
- Unrestricted Australian Drivers Licence and a safe driving record (you must consent to undergo both a police history check and driving history check)
- Ability to navigate through busy streets, suburban roads, and/or regional areas safely
- Physical activity required as you will be on your feet, lifting, and carrying groceries from the van to your delivery points (there may be stairs)
- Availability to work flexible hours across store trading days, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends (shifts run from 5am-1pm and 1pm-11pm)
