About the Role
We are currently seeking a skilled and driven Site Foreman to join our expanding team. In this hands-on leadership role, you will manage day-to-day site activities, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of our construction projects.
You’ll work closely with the Project Manager and Site Manager play a key role in site operations, safety compliance, and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily site operations and ensure adherence to construction programs and specifications
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, trades, and suppliers
- Monitor site safety, WHS compliance, and implement risk management procedures
- Ensure quality control and resolve onsite issues promptly
- Communicate regularly with Management and provide progress updates
- Interpret plans, drawings, and specifications with accuracy
- Lead site meetings and maintain detailed site records and documentation
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Site Foreman on industrial and/or commercial builds (Multi Million $ projects)
- Carpentry or trade background preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Knowledge of QLD construction safety legislation and WHS best practices
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
- Construction White Card (essential)
- Current driver’s licence
