Why you'll love this opportunity as School Account Executive As a Schools Account Executive, you’ll play a key role in helping us achieve our keep, grow, and get objectives within the education sector. You’ll foster strong relationships with both existing and prospective customers, driving growth of our Daymap solution while acting as a customer champion and trusted advisor. What you’ll be doing: Engage with customers – making outbound calls to check in on account health and uncovering new Daymap opportunities. Drive growth – focusing on retention, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities within the business unit. Build strong relationships – developing credibility and trust with key customer stakeholders. Manage opportunities in Salesforce – including forecasting, pipeline growth, opportunity progression, and account reviews. Understand customer needs – identifying solutions that meet their goals and challenges. Stay market-aware – keeping up to date on competitor products and services. Collaborate with marketing – supporting campaigns and initiatives to generate interest and drive sales. Nurture the sales pipeline – ensuring active engagement, progression, and timely closure of opportunities. Adapt to evolving business needs – responsibilities may change over time as the sales environment shifts Requirements What you'll do to be successful in the role Proven track record in sales account management and new business prospecting. Proficiency in Salesforce for managing pipeline, forecasting, and opportunities. Experience in application software and services sales. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Target-driven – takes full ownership and accountability for achieving results. Ambitious and resilient – action-oriented, tenacious, positive, and determined to succeed. High attention to detail – methodical and consistent in compiling quotes and proposals. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work autonomously while seeking guidance when needed. Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels within schools.
