About the Role
* Manage calendars for key personnel.
* Prepare internal communication such as monthly reports and updates to staff, key events, meetings, presentations etc.
* Be the primary contact on key activities and respond to internal and external enquiries.
* Promote and collaborate in the implementation of new initiatives and drafting new procedures.
* Coordinate and order resources such as staff uniforms and equipment where required.
* Monitor resource usage and reconcile accounts, preparing financial reports in accordance with policies and procedures. Investigate, analyse and highlight financial efficiencies within the region.
