The role is with a well-established, privately owned property group with over 20 years of successful operations across multiple divisions.
Your new role
You will step into a hands-on senior bookkeeping role with full exposure, working closely with leadership and directors across a complex, multi-entity environment.
* Manage multiple entities with high volumes of intercompany transactions
* Oversee end-to-end bookkeeping - AP, AR, payroll, reconciliations and reporting
* Handle quarterly BAS obligations (high volume) and compliance requirements
* Lead month-end processes, journals and management reporting
* Partner directly with directors and liaise with external advisors
* Support investor distributions and entity-level financial operations
* Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including trust accounting teams
What you'll need to succeed
* Advanced Xero experience is essential, including multi-entity structures and integrations
* Proven background managing complex, high-volume bookkeeping environments
* Strong experience with intercompany transactions and compliance (BAS, payroll tax, STP)
* Comfortable working directly with business owners and senior stakeholders
* Able to operate independently with strong accountability and resilience
* Property experience is beneficial but not essential
