The opportunity
As our Workforce Planner, you'll be responsible for connecting people to experiences that enrich the lives and careers of our Assurance professionals. This role is based in Warrang – Sydney, working as part of a broader Oceania resource team. You will apply consistent resource planning across various engagements for our Australian client practice and work closely with the business to ensure staffing needs are met. Reporting to the Resource Manager, this position is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop stakeholder engagement skills and advance their career.
Your key responsibilities
1. Stakeholder and Relationship Management: Manage key relationships within and across Assurance.
2. Opportunity and Demand: Collaborate with engagement managers to allocate resources, challenge hours, and manage engagement timing and flexibility.
3. Resource Management: Manage available resources, understand their capabilities, and proactively identify opportunities and resolve conflicts.
4. Resource Optimization: Highlight team capabilities to optimize performance and meet engagement metrics.

* Experience with resource management and/or supply and demand management within professional services.
* Ability to understand the business and learn the skills, needs, and goals of our people.

* Skills in optimizing business performance through solutions, insights, and expectation management.
* Personal leadership, presence, vitality, and agility.
* Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis with high accuracy.
