Support recovery. Help shape the future of mental health care. Are you an experienced Mental Health Nurse who thrives in a role that combines clinical expertise, leadership and recovery-focused care? We're looking for a passionate and motivated Mental Health Nurse Consultant to join our dedicated team and help deliver high-quality, safe and recovery-focused mental health care across community, acute and rehabilitation settings. About the Role In this rewarding role, you'll use your advanced clinical expertise to support consumers experiencing mental health challenges while working with a high level of autonomy and professional leadership. You'll play an important part in driving position outcomes through: Providing expert clinical and consultancy support Leading and contributing to service improvement initiatives supporting evidence-based, consumer-centred care Mentoring and guiding multidisciplinary team members Promoting quality, safety and innovation across services This is an opportunity to step into a role where your knowledge, leadership and compassion will genuinely influence the wellbeing and recovery journeys of consumers and their families. What you'll bring Leadership, communication and problem-solving skills collaborative multidisciplinary team approach change management and service improvement capability staff development and consumer engagement focus strong organisational, computer and prioritisation skills You will hold a current practicing certificate and be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia as a Nurse and hold a Graduate Diploma in Mental Health Nursing (or equivalent). You will have a minimum of 3 years post registration experience with demonstration in the mental health nursing practice in accordance with relevant standards. Why Join Us?
