The DataAILab team is building up core TikTok products to ensure TikTok continues a healthy growth, deliver the best product experience to all of our users, build the most attractive features to help users enjoy their time on TikTok, earn trust in privacy protection, and more. What You Will Do:1. Deeply understand hiring needs, partner closely with business leaders and stakeholders to develop talent acquisition strategies in different geographies.2. Develop efficient hiring processes and ensure high-touch candidate experience to continuously deliver high-quality candidates and meet hiring goals.3. Lead and manage a team of talent acquisition partners and sourcers.4. Develop service level agreements (SLAs) and other best practices to improve processes and increase recruitment output.5. Work with country and business unit leaders as well as the local operation teams to understand relevant local laws as well as manage and oversee the recruitment lifecycle globally for all TikTok candidates to ensure great candidate experience.6. Manage, coach and mentor junior members of the global recruiting team.
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience.2. 3+ years in-house or agency recruiting experience in the hi-tech industry will be highly preferred.3. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with employees and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.4. A self-starter who is result-oriented, resourceful, innovative, intellectually curious, and who takes initiative and risks.5. Have a strong passion for this industry and demonstrate a strong ability to embrace and adapt to changes and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment. Even Better If1.
