Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Technology Project Coordinator to play a key role in our Remuneration and People Operations team. Your responsibilities will include assisting in developing the HR technology roadmap, updating and communicating initiative plans, and leading smaller projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in developing the HR technology roadmap for our organization
* Update and communicate initiative plans, issues, and risks as required
* Provide support and help stakeholders to make key decisions around prioritization and timelines
* Lead smaller projects and provide coordination for larger initiatives
* Provide input into functional and technical decisions as needed
* Support change management activities, including review of training materials, help guides, and facilitation of engagement sessions and demonstrations
Required Skills and Qualifications
Successful candidates will have excellent project coordination skills, be able to work collaboratively with stakeholders, and have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. You will also need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
