We are currently recruiting for a fixed term casual role for 12 months duration for an Accounts Administrator to assist in a operational support function for a large civil infrastructure company. The role provides essential administrative and operations support contributing to the transactional and contract management processes with a finance focus and excellent attention to detail to maintain compliance.
The main responsibilities for the role are:
Accurate data entry particular to invoicing, procurement, inventory and month end activities
Ensure accurate billing, cost allocations, purchase orders and third party payments
Support financial performance reviews
Coordination of meetings, manage travel and accommodation requirements
Oversee elements of staff orientation and exits
Ideally prior experience in a high volume office environment and managing complex tasks will be required. As such the following is desirable:
Certificate III/IV in Business Administration or high level customer service
Minimum of 3 years experience in finance and accounts administration
Exposure to a large complex organisation with broad business operations
Intermediate level of Microsoft Office 365
