Job Description
Process and manage accounts payable invoices efficiently and accurately.
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Prepare and process payments, including electronic transfers and cheques.
Maintain accurate financial records and update the accounting system.
Assist with month-end closing processes and reporting tasks.
Communicate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders regarding payment inquiries.
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting regulations.
Support the Accounting & Finance department with additional administrative tasks as required.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Payable Temp should have:
Previous experience in accounts payable or a related role in the Accounting & Finance field.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
A proactive approach to managing tasks and meeting deadlines.
