About the role
We have an opportunity for a Senior Application Developer to be part of our Technology and Communications Services Command. The Senior Application Developer guides other application developers and leads in the creation of large or complex applications that facilitate the achievement of business outcomes through the use of process and technology.

To be successful in this role, you will have:
To be successful in this role, candidates will demonstrate:
* Proven experience in a senior .NET leadership role or similar
* Proven experience in a Dynamics 365 leadership role or similar
* Strong experience with Power Platform such as Power Apps, Power Automate, particular focus on model-driven applications
* Experience with data integration, including APIs, REST services, and Microsoft Dataverse
* Experience in UI Framework such as React, Angular
* Experience in reporting tool such as SSRS, Power BI
* Experience in Mobile development framework such as MAUI (Xamarin.Form), ReactNative
* Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* Demonstrated experience leading a team of software developers
* Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
* Understanding of project management and Agile methodologies
* Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation and administration, and SharePoint
