Our Client
Our client, a global leader in construction materials and aggregates, is renowned for its commitment to customers and the environment. Due to an increased number of exciting projects across Sydney, an opportunity has arisen for a Transport Administrator to join their fast-paced and dynamic team in their Bella Vista office.
Your New Role
Responsibilities
This role will primarily be responsible for processing and reporting heavy vehicle contractor, vehicle and driver data. As an integral member of the division, your role will include:
* Setting up and maintaining contractor, driver, and vehicle records
* Processing and documenting licenses, insurances, contracts, induction records, and related compliance documents
* Managing and coordinating fines (e.g., speeding violations)
* Actively contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and systems
* Maintaining effective communication with key stakeholders

About You
* Previous experience in Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain or Transport
* Proven high attention to detail
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
