ABOUT THE ROLE This is a hands-on HR Administration role where you’ll play a critical part in supporting a busy HR team during a period of growth and transformation. You’ll be involved across the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment coordination to onboarding and reporting, while also supporting new system implementations and process improvements. This is a fantastic opportunity to build your HR career with exposure to multiple functions and projects. DUTIES Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes including job ads, screening, interviews, and reference checks Prepare employment contracts and HR documentation Support onboarding and offboarding processes Manage HR enquiries and provide day-to-day administrative support Maintain HR systems, including updating policies and position descriptions Coordinate internal workflows for hiring and organisational changes Prepare monthly HR and IT reports Manage employee recognition programs, awards, and vouchers Support broader HR team projects and operational initiatives SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Previous experience in HR administration or coordination Exposure to recruitment processes and employee lifecycle activities Experience with Employment Hero (or similar HRIS) highly regarded Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks High attention to detail and accuracy Confident communicator with a proactive, team-oriented approach Full working rights required BENEFITS Competitive hourly rate Opportunity to transition into a permanent role Broad exposure across HR functions and systems Supportive, collaborative team environment Career development within a growing organisation OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS At Lotus People, we are committed to fostering diversity, equity and inclusion.
