Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Strategist to develop and implement maintenance plans for optimal availability and utilisation of plant infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop short and long-term maintenance strategies for Maintenance, Engineering and Production teams.
* Partner with stakeholders to undertake planning and scheduling for Maintenance, Engineering and Production work centres.
* Maintain maintenance strategies for fixed plant infrastructure.
* Provide coaching and support for work management process within a Computerised Maintenance Management System.
* Lead data collection processes for major equipment failures or improvement opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Relevant trade or tertiary qualifications in Mechanical or Electrical is desirable.
* Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a Planner/Senior role.
* Experience in use of Computerised Maintenance Management Systems such as Mainpac, Pronto, SAP, Ellipse.
You will possess strong communication and organisational abilities, with high level knowledge of Australian Standards and relevant State and National statutory requirements. A current driver's license and competent user of Microsoft office suite is also essential.
