About the role
* Part-time position (0.4 FTE – 2 days per week - Thursday & Friday)
* Located in Yorketown
We are expanding our team and seeking an additional practice nurse to join our team on a part-time basis. The medical practice offers excellent working conditions, attractive salary, salary packaging and access to relocation assistance through RDWA up to $5,000 for eligible candidates.
Our ideal candidate will have:
* A passion for delivering exceptional patient centred care in a rural primary healthcare setting
* Previous experience in general practice or community-based setting will be highly regarded
* A current practicing certificate and AHPRA registration
* Current first aid certificate including CPR
About You:
* Broad range of clinical skills in immunisation, venepuncture, ECG, spirometry and wound management
* Experience in chronic condition management, care planning and health assessment
* Experience in cold chain and medical stock management
* A compassionate, patient-centred approach and a commitment to continuous learning
* Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required within scope of practice
