This is a high‑impact finance role that will contribute directly to the company’s strong growth trajectory while working within a high‑performing, forward‑thinking team. Taking a hands-on approach; this Senior Accountants' position will help assist in the management and communication of the companies’ financial & management accounting activities on a national scale. This role is a full-time, permanent opportunity based in their Macquarie Park office (3-4 days per week on office). The responsibilities The role partners closely with the leadership team to provide technical accounting expertise, management accounting insight, and financial analysis to support informed decision‑making and drive operational and cost efficiencies. Furthermore, this role applies strong financial and management accounting discipline to analyse performance, cost drivers, and variances, supporting operational leaders with practical insights to improve financial outcomes. Reporting into the Divisional Finance Manager, your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to); Financial Accounting & Reporting Reconciliations & Controls Overhead & Cost Management Inventory Accounting & Control Planning & Forecasting Governance, Taxation & Regulatory Compliance Drive continuous process improvement initiatives Assist in ad-hoc projects as directed by the CFO and the wider Finance team The successful applicant will have Ideally, you will be a CA/CPA qualified accounting professional and will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills as your ability to interact and engage cross-functionally within the business will be crucial to your success. Additionally, you will have a strong attention to detail and a self-motivated approach to continuous learning / professional development. Furthermore, a background working in a Big 4 or Mid-Tier chartered firm will be considered advantageous.
