Position: Full-time, Permanent (On-site)
Salary Range: $77,000 - $84,000 per annum (excluding superannuation)
About the Role
Reporting directly to the IT Manager, you will support the delivery of business and technology solutions across multiple enterprise systems and digital initiatives. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors to gather, analyse, and document business requirements and translate them into clear functional specifications. You will be responsible for supporting end-to-end project delivery, including requirement elicitation, process mapping, system documentation, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs.
Responsibilities
* Work with users to formulate and document business requirements.
* Identify and evaluate inefficiencies and recommend optimal business practices and system functionality.
* Deliver and contribute to successful projects within agreed scope, time and cost.
* Use project management methodologies, principles and techniques to develop project plans, cost resources and manage projects.
* Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) for system updates and workflow changes.
* Prepare process flow diagrams and functional documentation.
* Conduct data analysis and reporting using Excel and Power BI.
* Work collaboratively with business users, developers, and support teams.
Qualifications & Experience
* Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Business Information Systems or a related field.
* At least 2 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst within logistics, warehousing or a related industry.
* Strong analytical, problem‐solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
* Excellent communication and documentation skills.
* Ability to collaborate and work positively and effectively as part of a team.
* Experience with programming languages (e.g., SQL, JavaScript, C, Python) – desirable.
