Reporting to the Financial Controller, the ideal candidate will apply their passion for ensuring the timely, efficient, and accurate processing of accounts payable, data entry within the Finance Department, and maintain a hands-on approach to the internal workings of the business.

Your role will entail a combination of the following responsibilities:
* Supplier invoice management and payment coordination.
* General administration, data entry, filing, and scanning.
* Coordinating incoming calls.
* Monitoring stationery and sundry stock levels.
* Assisting the Finance team with additional administration duties as required.
The successful candidate will possess the following attributes:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Essential experience with Xero.
* Non-essential but beneficial payroll skills.
* Ability to adhere to strict timelines and adapt to a dynamic environment.
