Sales Administrator (Part-Time – 3 Days per Week)

Raine & Horne Elite is seeking a motivated and organised Sales Administrator to join our dynamic real estate team. This is a part-time position (3 days per week) offering flexibility in working days and hours, making it ideal for someone looking for work–life balance while contributing to a fast-paced and supportive environment.

About the Role
As our Sales Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the sales team and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our office. You will work closely with agents, clients, and management to provide efficient administrative support throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

* Preparing and managing sales documentation and contracts
* Coordinating listings, marketing, and property uploads to online portals
* Liaising with vendors, buyers, solicitors, and other stakeholders
* Managing CRM systems and maintaining accurate records
* Assisting with marketing materials, brochures, and campaigns
* General office administration and support to the sales team
* Ensuring compliance and file management throughout the sales process

About You

* Previous real estate administration experience
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Excellent communication and attention to detail
* Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer systems
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Professional presentation and a positive attitude
