You’ll support and contribute to the management of rosters to keep the service running smoothly and work closely with the people we support and their families to design individualised care plans that help them to achieve their goals. Ensure compliance and safety is of the highest standard and work towards ensuring high quality care, through active supports. What you’ll bring: Diploma (or higher) in Disability, Individual Support, or other related qualification 3-4 years’ experience, in leading or mentoring a team (Team Leader/Site Leader background highly regarded) Background in disability or aged care, including personal care and community access Knowledge of NDIS standards, compliance, and person-centred approaches Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid, CPR, and a valid Driver’s Licence Why join UDC?
