**Job Description**:
The (Logical) Data Support Analyst (DSA) is to deliver exceptional service to the business. This person would thrive on challenges in a high paced environment, has a passion for resolving technical issues and providing solutions in a timely and accurate manner. In addition, we're after someone with ability to follow directions via formal work instructions and learn quickly, with excellent communication skills and a team player.
In this role, you will be:
- The Data Analyst resolving 'Logical' issues, supporting cutover/claims/builds of pair gain systems in NPAMs based on WAMS projects, ensuring quality standards are met with support provided.
- Providing best solutions with appropriate understanding of priorities.
- Responsible for delivery of high-quality solutions within given time for RASS issues
- Deliver effective solutions/support in accordance with expectations and formal work instructions.
- Meeting all KPIs in terms of productivity, quality and process compliances.
- Work with team and manager to improve Productivity and Quality.
- Support other team members with problem recognition and resolution.
- Work within a diverse team environment.
- Provide solutions to support weekly/monthly targets.
