Store Experience Manager
The role of Store Experience Manager is to lead the team in delivering clear and innovative global store campaigns, enabling the retail and visual merchandising teams to deliver a cohesive brand vision and elevate stores.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Creative, Marketing, and Visual Merchandising teams to bring ideas to life with 3D and experiential concepts that support and elevate our product range each month – taking our stores and customer experience to the next level.
To achieve this goal, the ideal candidate will continuously review store operations and processes, seeking feedback from retail teams to ensure they are equipped with the resources needed to trade and create the best customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Developing and implementing global store campaigns that align with the company's brand vision
* Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design and execute 3D and experiential concepts
* Reviewing store operations and processes to identify areas for improvement
* Providing feedback and coaching to retail teams to ensure they have the necessary resources to succeed
* Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions
Requirements:
* A relevant degree or qualification in a field such as visual merchandising, creative/design, spatial or retail design
* Demonstrated ability to conceptualize and present to leadership teams using Adobe Suite; Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Microsoft Office
* Excellent organisation, planning, and time management skills to ensure project deadlines are met
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate in a concise and collaborative way
* A high level of attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to foresee opportunities
* Leadership mindset and ability to lead a team
