**Key Responsibilities:**

* Tender Documentation: Prepare, collate, and evaluate tender documents to ensure accuracy.
* Managing Subcontractors: Handle subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, and procurement schedules.
* Claim and Variation Support: Assist with progress claims and external variations.
* Negotiation contracts: Review, negotiate, and finalize subcontracts.
* Expense Reimbursement: Manage and track project expenditures.
* Monthly Reporting: Work with the Contracts Manager to submit accurate and timely Monthly Project Reports.
* Policy Compliance: Ensure all commercial activities align with policies and procedures.
