Our client, a prominent Education Facility located South of the River, is currently seeking a dynamic Administration Officer to provide professional assistance primarily with tracking, recording and updating all policies and procedures. You will also support Human Resources and the Principal in the management of complaints.
You will demonstrate a high degree of accuracy, initiative, attention to detail and display a pragmatic approach to all Compliance, Regulatory and School registration matters. You will need to have the flexibility to work in both a team and autonomous environments, a positive outlook and the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple demands.
Essential Criteria:
* A tertiary qualification with at least 5 years relevant experience, or equivalent combination of relevant experience, qualifications, and training
* Advanced computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
* Exceptional time-management and organisational skills
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to make decisions when required and to be proactive
* Excellent presentation
* Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
* Current National Police Clearance (less than 6 months)
* Current Working With Children WA Check
Previous experience working in an Education Facility will be highly regarded.
