Job Title: Ecommerce Director - Digital Merchandising Specialist
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Ecommerce Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data-driven marketing and e-commerce merchandising with expertise in experimentation and customer experience.
Main Responsibilities
• Ecommerce Merchandising: Work closely with operations and marketing teams to optimize on-site merchandising, ensuring a seamless user journey and maximizing sales.
• Stock Management Collaboration: Partner with the operations and demand planning team to analyze and report on previous stock sell-down, maintaining optimal inventory levels and minimizing stockouts.
• Campaign Development and Execution: Collaborate closely with the creative and ad teams to plan and execute upcoming campaigns, focusing on merchandise assortment, user journey, and customer segmentation.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Work with the CRO & engineering team to plan A/B testing and use insights gained from past experiments to generate new testing ideas and continually enhance the online shopping experience.
• Digital Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, increase conversion rates, and boost online sales.
• UI/UX: Develop landing page, PDP, and digital campaign design and planning strategies to support core web metrics.
Requirements
• Strong Shopify knowledge and experience.
• A hands-on approach with a desire to own their domain.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
• Understanding of paid/performance media and user experience & behavioural analytics.
Desirable Technical Skills
• Google Analytics expertise.
• Paid Media proficiency.
Work Environment
This is a mid-senior level role working full-time in the Apparel & Fashion industry.
