Intereach is looking for a Community Support Worker (CSW) Home Care to join our dynamic Aged Care team in Swan Hill.
In this part-time role, you'll be delivering meaningful, person-centred care to people over the age of 65 — helping them maintain their independence, stay connected, and live fulfilling lives at home and in their community.
What You'll Be Doing As a Community Support Worker, you'll provide: Respite care Domestic assistance Personal care Social support services Meal preparation services Your work will empower older individuals to continue their daily routines and feel supported in their own homes.
Who We're Looking For We'd love to hear from you if you: Have a Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability, Home Community Care, Assistant in Nursing or Nursing Have a current First Aid and CPR Certificate Bring hands-on experience in supporting older people and their carers Understand the importance of dignity, empathy, and partnership in care Want to be part of a team that genuinely cares and supports each other Why Join Intereach?
