The opportunity
We have an exciting role for a skilled Service Desk Officer to join our growing team in Birtinya. This is a long-term career opportunity, working for a leading business with Corporate Offices on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland.
Key responsibilities include:
* Being the first point of contact for all IT support
* Responsible for IT maintenance and efficient operation across all IT functions
* Troubleshoot technical issues to resolution and/or elevate as required
* Manage service desk tickets, planning and prioritising systematically to minimise backlog and ensure operational efficiency
* Maintaining system and data security
* Supporting end users with issues around Passwords and IT Systems
About you:
Ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience working in a technical support role.
