Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
As the Warranty & Costing Administrator, your main duties will include:
* Warranty Administration: Manage and process warranty claims for Isuzu Ute and Nissan.
* Toyota Warranty Support: Provide on-site warranty administration support for Toyota.
* Fleet Pre-Authority: Handle fleet pre-authorities and costing of repair orders.
* TSA Costing: Cost TSA repair orders accurately and efficiently.
* Repair Order Archiving: Maintain accurate records through repair order archiving and filing.
* Service Follow-Up Data Management: Manage and maintain service follow-up data to support customer satisfaction and reporting.
