**Job Description:**
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving queries from internal and external stakeholders in relation to unpaid or disputed invoices, claims, and payments. You will also investigate and resolve queries relating to our Vendor Invoicing Workflow (VIM), efficiently address and resolve queries from generic Mailboxes, liaise with distribution centres, stores, suppliers, and buying teams to resolve and identify opportunities for improvements, prepare monthly accruals & business reconciliations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment. They will also have a sound knowledge of SAP Financial System, computer literacy including Microsoft package with intermediate to advanced Excel skills, and understanding of basic accounting principles including GST issues.

* Understanding of basic accounting principles including GST issues.
