In this newly developed position, you’ll lead the organisation’s fundraising strategy across philanthropic, corporate, and individual giving streams. With strong leadership support, there is a key focus is on scaling activity and building long-term sustainability. This role is perfect for a strategic and hands-on fundraiser who thrives on building relationships and delivering results that drive social impact. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy across multiple revenue streams Identify and pursue funding opportunities through grants, partnerships, and major donors Prepare compelling proposals and manage the full donor engagement cycle Lead fundraising campaigns throughout the year, including seasonal appeals and sponsored events Establish systems and processes for donor management, including redesigning and maintaining the giving database Develop organisational policies and guidelines for donations and philanthropy Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, foundations, corporates, and high net worth individuals The successful candidate will have a strong track record in fundraising, with experience in grants, corporate partnerships, and donor management. You will be a confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills, and be someone who is comfortable working autonomously and taking initiative to grow a successful fundraising function.
