UST is looking for a consultative Sales Executive to accelerate our growth plans in ANZ. You will play a critical role in accurately managing our sales portfolio, driving commercial discipline, and ensuring our digital solutioning delivers value for our clients.

UST is looking for a consultative Sales Executive to accelerate our growth plans in ANZ. You will play a critical role in accurately managing our sales portfolio, driving commercial discipline, and ensuring our digital solutioning delivers value for our clients.
You must be passionate about customer centric digital transformation, have a high degree of integrity and enjoy collaborating in a fast-paced entrepreneurial company.
Key Responsibilities
* Actively pursue and hunt for new business opportunities, both through identifying and winning new logos as well as drive growth within existing accounts
* Lead a cross functional sales solutions squad to drive the entire consultative sales process, from concept to cash.
* Act as a Commercial Advisor to define optimal commercial models that ensure value for our clients and long-term profitability for our firm.
* Deliver account plans and sales strategy that are effectively executed, with the appropriate focus on forecasting, reporting and the sales hygiene essentials.
* Manage all phases of the sales cycle, including business development, lead identification, qualification, scope construction, proposal development, client presentations, contract negotiation and account management.
Required Skills And Experience
* 10+ years of consultative selling experience, ideally gained in a professional services, consulting or systems integration (SI) organisation based in ANZ.
* Experience in nurturing C-suite relationships, understanding business challenges and effectively leveraging the organisation to position and win large transformation deals, working with partners effectively to drive GTM.
* Experience leading the sales cycle for complex digital transformation solutions that focused on themes like CX, data, security, product engineering and cloud.
* Strong understanding of structuring commercial models, including outcomes- based engagements, outsourcing agreements, and performance contracts.
* Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, along with excellent facilitation skills to lead a cross functional solutions team.
* Significant and demonstrated experience in growing a book of business and consistently achieving revenue and margin targets.
