A leading operator is seeking a diligent Accounts Receivable Officer to join their high-performing finance team in Melbourne's Eastern Suburbs. Key Responsibilities In this end-to-end (E2E) receivables role, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of the sales ledger and ensuring optimal cash flow through: Managing the E2E receivables lifecycle for the NZ ledger, with secondary support for the Australian ledger. Engaging with key stakeholders to facilitate the timely resolution of outstanding accounts and maintain optimal cash flow. Investigating and resolving complex ledger discrepancies through diligent analysis and professional communication with Medical and Safety clients. High-accuracy processing of unallocated cash and daily bank reconciliations. Assisting with month-end ageing reports and providing insights into DSO. Your Profile Minimum 2 years of dedicated Accounts Receivable experience. SAP proficiency is a significant advantage; however, candidates with strong experience in other Tier-1 ERPs (e.g., Oracle, NetSuite) will be highly regarded. A solid understanding of GST requirements and double-entry bookkeeping. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a professional approach to debt recovery. Why Apply?
