Key Responsibilities
* Assist customers with export documentation and quotations for export services, providing expert advice to ensure seamless transactions.
* Provide solutions for inbound package collections and track packages on behalf of customers, resolving queries efficiently and effectively.
* Process payments accurately and handle customer inquiries promptly, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in every interaction.

Requirements
* Secondary education or equivalent qualification.
* At least two (2) years of relevant work experience, preferably in customer service or freight/logistics, where you can apply your skills and expertise.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment, where no two days are ever the same.
