Join Yarrawonga Health as a Clinical Coordinator ANUM in our Urgent Care Centre. This is a part-time, fixed-term opportunity until January 2026, located in Yarrawonga, Victoria.
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Clinical Coordinator ANUM to lead the day-to-day operations of our busy Urgent Care Centre. You will provide clinical leadership and operational oversight, working closely with the Acute Nurse Unit Manager, Executive Team, After-Hours Coordinators, and other key stakeholders.
About The Role
As the Clinical Coordinator ANUM, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centred care in our Urgent Care Centre. You will:
* Lead day-to-day operations of the Urgent Care Centre
* Maintain and promote contemporary, patient-focused clinical standards
* Monitor patient care delivery, documentation, and safety
* Supervise and support staff, students, and junior nurses
* Drive continuous quality improvement and risk management
* Ensure compliance with all legislative and regulatory requirements
* Support staff development and a culture of professional growth
Essential Requirements
You will bring:
* Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration
* Minimum 3 years' experience in an Emergency/Urgent Care setting
* Proven leadership and clinical supervision experience
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage competing priorities and work under pressure
* Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care
Desirable Requirements
It would be desirable if you have:
* Postgraduate qualifications in Emergency or Critical Care Nursing
* Experience in rural health settings
* Financial or budget management experience
* Demonstrated innovation in program and service delivery
