· Perform accurate data entry, maintain records, and manage documents across multiple systems
· Provide administrative support to both field and office teams, including scheduling, reporting, and compliance paperwork
· Work with Simpro and Prime Eco System job management platforms to support scheduling, reporting, and workflow management.
· Challenge yourself and the team by bringing fresh ideas and a proactive approach to continuous improvement, ensuring CP Group stays ahead of the competition

· Modern tools & systems: Work smarter with industry-leading technology and processes
· Company laptop and uniform provided
· Paid Birthday Leave (yes really) – Take the day off and still get paid
· Competitive salary around $80,000 + super (negotiable with experience)
To be considered, you'll need:
· Good communication and computer skills
· Reliable transport
· A valid National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
· A valid Working with Vulnerable People Registration (or willingness to obtain)
· Experience with Simpro and Xero (or similar job management software) is a bonus – but not essential
