The Customer Experience Partner is a crucial position in our technical product support for Real Estate agency clients of our Real Time Agent product.
This role is situated in Melbourne within an experienced and supportive team with a sociable culture and opportunities for career development and promotion across the ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work closely with sales teams to deliver post-onboarding technical support to customers with varying levels of complexity.
* Manage inbound enquiries from Real Estate clients via phone and email, including support to create listings, resolve template issues, and questions about bugs and integration issues.
* Identify process and product improvements from client feedback to align with company strategy.
* Assist with escalations and more technical queries as appropriate for experience level.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree required from an accredited university or college.
* Flexibility to work standard business hours.
* Previous experience in fast-paced customer service / tech support roles.
* A passion for delivering great customer experience.
