THE POSITION
* Food preparation, cooking, and presentation of all food offerings
* Actively maintain a complete awareness and desire for nutrition and healthy eating as well as allergens and dietary requirements
* Ensure all OH&S compliance is achieved, and wastage is kept to a minimum
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
THE PERSON
* Availability to work full-time hours
* Excellent knowledge of allergens and dietary requirements
* Ability to work autonomously
* Attention to detail and great time management is a must
* Excellent knowledge of all kitchen procedures and operations
