**About the Position**
As a vital member of the team, you will receive support and guidance from our Community Team and Leasing Manager. A high standard of presentation and aim to provide exceptional service to all our current and future members are important qualities for this role. The client will provide training and support to ensure our members have an outstanding experience every day.
**Your primary Responsibilities will include**:
- Managing the front desk
- Answering phone calls
- Overseeing team activities
- Handling property issues
- Assisting with member and client inquiries.
- Prepare our reception area for the day's operations.
- Greet and assist visitors, including potential tenants touring the space with our Leasing Manager.
- Help members access community and building services, addressing any inquiries they may have.
- Plan and organize community events of varying scales.
- Sort, deliver, and forward mail as necessary.
- Order keys and passes for members preparing to move in.
- Foster connections between members by facilitating introductions and providing event support.
- Prepare and distribute promotional materials or property-related memos to members.
- Assist in setting up small weekly member events.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as maintaining stationery supplies, tidying copier areas, utility areas, meeting rooms, and common area kitchens throughout the property.
- Contribute to maintaining our exceptional building presentation and report any maintenance issues promptly through Help Desk.

- Has one to two years of customer service experience in Reception/Office administration, retail, hospitality, or a related field (experience in a flexible or co-working office space provider is a plus).
- Possesses a cheerful and outgoing personality.
- Self-motivated and adept at problem-solving, with a talent for building strong customer relationships.
- Presents themselves well with meticulous attention to detail.
- Demonstrates a strong work ethic and thrives on face-to-face interactions.
