Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Senior Consultant. As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for working across all aspects of our economic and public policy advisory portfolio.
Key responsibilities include developing methodologies and proposals, gathering and analysing information, client liaison and management, research, report writing, and stakeholder engagement.
About The Role
* Bachelor's degree or higher in an appropriate quantitative or economics-based discipline (e.g., economics, statistics, mathematics, finance).
* Ability to work with or create economic models and develop insights through rigorous analysis and practical understanding of markets and incentive structures.
* At least 5+ years of experience in economics, regulation, and public policy advice in government or consulting.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and in writing.
* Self-driven with the ability to work independently or in teams.
Desirable Qualifications
* Advanced analytical skills in Microsoft Excel.
* Developed analytical skills in other analytical toolkits (e.g., R, Python, GEMPACK).
* Previous experience in relevant economic modelling areas (e.g., general-equilibrium analysis, input-output modelling, cost-benefit analysis, or demographic/workforce modelling).
