At Sweat, we empower women through fitness and healthy lifestyle experiences, and we are looking for a Performance Marketing Coordinator to join our team (Contract). In this role, you'll support the delivery and optimisation of paid media campaigns across Apple Ads, Google Ads, and Meta. From monitoring and refining campaigns, to managing creative assets and ensuring flawless execution, you'll play a hands-on part in driving performance and maximising return on ad spend.
This role is offered as a contract, up to 15.2 hours (two days) per week.
What you'll do.
* Optimise campaigns across Apple Ads and Google Ads.
* Upload and manage creative assets for Meta campaigns.
* Follow processes with precision and attention to detail.
* Collaborate with the team to share insights and spot opportunities.
What we're looking for.
* 1–3 years' experience in performance marketing or paid media (agency or in-house).
* Hands-on knowledge of Apple Ads, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.
* Highly organised, detail-oriented, and process-driven.
* Keen to learn and grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
