Our services are built on genuine relationships, creativity and care. The Role This is a pivotal leadership role working closely with our Managing Director.

You’ll be responsible for guiding the business across operations, HR, finance, and service delivery, making sure we not only meet compliance standards but deliver supports that are personal, reliable, and truly participant-centred. Responsibilities Leading our team and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across programs, rostering, scheduling, and service delivery. Building a positive workplace culture where staff feel supported, valued, and motivated. Overseeing HR from end-to-end: recruitment, onboarding, contracts, and performance support. Keeping an eye on the numbers: payroll, budgets, accounts reconciliation, and financial reporting. Ensuring we meet all NDIS Practice Standards, HR legislation, and accounting requirements. Connecting with participants, families, support coordinators, and community partners to strengthen relationships. Driving improvements in systems and processes, and helping us innovate as we grow. Supporting the team with crisis response or urgent matters on an as-needed basis. Contribute to Authorised Program Officer (APO) responsibilities, including oversight of restrictive practices, reporting, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and NDIS standards. Oversee complaints, incident and crisis management processes, ensuring issues are addressed promptly, documented accurately, and resolved in line with policy and participant safety. About You We’re looking for someone who is both strategic and hands-on whilst being a leader who can balance business acumen with people-first values.A tertiary qualification in Business, Management, HR, Community Services/ Community Sector Management and/ or demonstrated equivalent experience in a senior leadership role. Proven leadership experience in disability, health, or community services. Strong HR and employee relations skills. Experience with financial oversight including but not limited to payroll, invoicing, reconciliations, and reporting.A solid understanding of NDIS compliance requirements. Confidence with HRIS and rostering systems (we use Brevity), plus solid Microsoft Office skills. Emotional intelligence, resilience, and the ability to engage well with staff, participants, and stakeholders.
